Sal Profaci
Wrestling Coach and Owner
As a competitor, he has earned the distinction of being a 2-time State Place Winner, a Super 32 All-American, and a Fargo All-American. Sal's collegiate wrestling journey included four years as a University of Michigan varsity wrestler, followed by a standout year at American University where he was both team captain and team MVP while qualifying for the NCAA Division I Championships twice. With a decade of coaching experience under his belt, Sal has guided athletes at various levels, from youth to college. Currently serving as the owner and coach at Strive Wrestling and Fitness, he looks forward to inspiring and molding future champions.

Mitch Moore
Wrestling Coach
Mitch Moore is an accomplished wrestler with a distinguished career that began at the legendary St. Paris Graham program. During his high school years, he became a 4-time Ohio State champion and achieved a #1 high school ranking in the United States. In college, Mitch continued to excel, becoming a 5-time NCAA qualifier, a Big 12 finalist, and an ACC finalist. This past year, he completed his NCAA wrestling journey at Rutgers University as their starting 141-pounder. Mitch looks forward to helping the program while he finishes his graduate degree,

Andy Lombard
Wrestling Coach
Andy Lombard is a highly accomplished wrestling coach with a remarkable background in both high school and collegiate wrestling. Graduating from Monroe Township High School in 2018, Andy became the Greater Middlesex County Champion and a state tournament qualifier. Named to the 1st Team All County and Division, Lombard's exceptional performance set the stage for his continued success. Later, as part of Roger Williams University's wrestling team, he made an impact by placing in the 2020 Northeast Regional tournament. Lombard also earned a spot on the 2019 All NEWA Academic Team and was named to the All NEWA Honorable Mention in 2020.

Chris Muce
Wrestling Coach
Chris Muce graduated from Monroe High School in 2015, distinguishing himself as a two-time state qualifier and GMC champion. His high school success paved the way for his collegiate wrestling career at Centenary University. At Centenary, Chris excelled, becoming a three-time Division III national qualifier and a two-time Division III bloodround finisher, consistently performing at a high level throughout his college years.
After completing his wrestling career, Chris transitioned into coaching, bringing his expertise and experience to the next generation of athletes. He coached at Centenary University for a year, contributing to the development of the wrestling program. Additionally, Chris has over six years of coaching experience at the youth and high school levels, mentoring young wrestlers and helping them achieve their goals.
In addition to his wrestling and coaching accomplishments, Chris has ventured into mixed martial arts, where he is currently competing as an MMA fighter. He remains undefeated in his amateur career.

MITCH POLITO
Wrestling Coach
In high school, Mitch Polito earned a New Jersey state bronze medal in his junior year and was a state runner-up as a senior. He is a four-time district champion and a three-time regional champion. Polito was ranked ninth at 120 pounds by InterMat and 18th at the weight class by FloWrestling, with a career record of 136-13. He completed his wrestling career at Lehigh University. Mitch is in weekly helping wrestlers improve at all levels.
